Energy, passion, commitment; they all coincide together.

But, what do you need first before you can make the most of them all together?

What would commitment be without energy, & what would energy be without passion?

You need to have a passion for something to give you energy, to get up & do it. You need something that gives you a purpose, something to drive your soul. There is something in each of us that we are so passionate about. We want better, we devote our time to it for the purpose of seeing a change for the greater good. We become emotionally attached to it. It becomes a part of who we are.

We all have it, even if you haven't found it yet.

These things could be big or small, as long as it matters to you…

Do not ever compare what fuels you, to what fuels someone else.

Let it be meaningful, & personal to you. Someone else’s passion to end world hunger, & have the tools & resources to actively do so, is going to be very different from someone who is still figuring out what is genuinely important to them.

When you find the things in life that you are passionate about, the energy effortlessly follows. It’s easier to get up & do something about the things you truly love, & want to see change in. When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work, it feels like you’re fulfilling your purpose.

We’re not asking you to drive yourself crazy & put yourself to an expectation that you can’t hold, right now.

This is merely finding what drives you, what makes you want to get up out of bed each day, something that you commit yourself to, something that will get you one step further for tomorrow's goals.

Commitment is a strong form of self discipline. That is what will bring you results over time. Every single day, something needs to be done either mentally, or physically. Without the consistency of your energy being put into your purpose, the results will continue to stagger instead of showing growth.

Set a goal, make a plan of action, consistently follow through with that plan, & results will be certain & undeniable in your lifetime.

With whichever purpose you find that drives your soul.
